Among several dealerships I visited, Justin was one of the best salespeople that I’ve come across. In addition to being super friendly and calm, the difference was that he put no uncomfortable pressure on us while still doing his job to make a sale. Other salespeople can learn from him. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Ajax Nissan. Annie Vaughn was my sales rep. She was patient and informative, making the process as seamless as possible. As a young woman, numerous dealerships were unhelpful, trying to oversell me, or only speaking to my father or boyfriend (even though I was the one buying the car). Annie made this experience for me.
